Gevonden op Mobile.de. Hier staat de Blue Bird nog bij Das Autohaus in Brühl.
De eigenaar van het Autohaus had de bus zelf in gebruik als „partybus”. Omdat hij de enige in zijn vrienden/vriendinnenkring was met een groot rijbewijs, was hij dus altijd de BOB. En dat hing hem stierlijk de keel uit. Dus de bus moest eruit!
We found the bus in the Cologne area. It was owned by a group of friends who used it as a party bus. Unfortunately only one of these friends had the necessary HGV licence. When he became fed up with not being allowed to have a drink when they were partying. The bus had to go.
En zo staat „Skoolie” naast het huis, in zomer en winter...
Here Skoolie is parked on our driveway, then still in Belgium.
