Belize
Toevallig kwamen we een verslag tegen van een reis door Belize (voormalig Brits Honduras). Er blijken daar als openbaar vervoer vrijwel uitsluitend voormalige Amerikaanse schoolbussen te rijden. En nog wel Blue Birds ook! Op deze pagina een kleine selectie.
By chance we came across a report of a trip to Belize (formerly British Honduras). As transit buses they use almost exclusively former U.S. school buses. And Bluebirds too! Here are some pictures.

In El Salvador, too, Blue Birds are used in public transportation. This one could be a sibling of our Skoolie!

Blue Birds worden behalve als schoolbus, lijnbus en camper(!) ook ingezet als donorbus, bibliotheek en mobiele kliniek.
Not only to transport passengers, but also as bloodmobile, library and emergency surgery!
